Incident reports may be requested from the Newberry Springs Fire Department by individuals or parties associated with the incident. To help us locate the correct report, please provide the date, approximate time, location, and type of incident when submitting your request.

All incident reports must be reviewed and approved by a Fire Chief Officer before they are released by Fire District Administration. Reports are reviewed for accuracy, completeness, incident details, involved parties, and any applicable confidentiality requirements.

Some reports may contain personal, medical, or other protected information. Information protected by HIPAA or other applicable confidentiality requirements may be redacted or withheld prior to release.

Reports involving significant incidents, law enforcement involvement, possible legal action, hazardous materials, explosives, or other unusual circumstances may require additional review before they can be released.

Please allow sufficient time for the department to review and process your request. Processing time may vary depending on the nature of the incident and the information contained within the report.
